II. Scope

This policy and the associated procedures apply to any person paid by, under the control of, or affiliated with Angelo State University, such as scientists, trainees, technicians and other staff members, students, fellows, guest researchers, or collaborators. The policy and associated procedures will normally be followed when an allegation of possible misconduct in science is received by an institution official. In the event of conflict between the provisions of this policy and the Rules and Regulations of the Texas Tech University System, the latter will govern.
