The Center for International Studies is a passport agency on the Angelo State University campus. We’re located in the East Annex Building at 1825 S. Johnson St. in San Angelo.

What Do I Need to Apply for a Passport?
Evidence of United States citizenship or nationality. This can be in the form of a:
- U.S. birth certificate
- Previous U.S. passport
- Naturalization certificate
- Citizenship certificate
- Certificate of U.S birth abroad
Proof of identification. This can be in the form of a:
- Government -issued identification
- Driver’s license
- Military ID
- Identification card

Note: Overnight delivery is NOT available for passport cards and is optional for passport books.
*The Department of State ONLY accepts payment in the form of CHECK or MONEY ORDER. The check or money order should be made payable to the “Department of State.”
The passport execution fee and photo fee are separate fees payable to ASU.
