Registration Rates & Process

Keeping in mind that our travel budgets are decreasing, our host team took a concerted effort to keep the rates as affordable as possible while still maintaining the highest quality experience. Therefore, the following rates are a result of many long hours of thought and work.

Please, review all TOLC related information prior to registering; especially, pertaining to meal planning.

*Late / Walk - In registrations must be processed by paper and either check or cash.

Credit / Debit Cards

Paying with a credit/debit card? Please complete the online form. This link will take you to an online processing site. You will have the option near check out to receive an itemized receipt in your email.




Cash / Check, Purchase Order, & Other

Paying with cash/check? Please complete the paper registration form found below. Checks should be made payable to Angelo State University. The registration form may either be emailed, or sent with the check in the mail. Personal checks should have the following written on the top: driver’s license number, birth date, and phone number. Payment must be received by the cutoff dates to receive the indicated rates.
