Check-In / Registration Location

The host team would like to make your travel experience as easy as possible. We have tried to think through all of the necessary details, but if we missed something, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Check-in and late registration will take place at the ASU Lake House Facility on Friday from (time TBD). On Saturday, check-in will take place on-campus at the ASU Lake House Facility.

Travel

Travel to San Angelo, TX and the panhandle plains is quite easy.  We are located about 3.5 hours Northwest of San Antonio and about 3 hours South of Lubbock.  The regional airport is Mathis Field (SJT).

Lodging

San Angelo hosts one of the largest rodeos in the state; therefore, there are plenty of lodging options available at affordable rates. In addition to local hotels, Outdoor Adventures has established a camping area for TOLC attendees on the banks of Lake Nasworthy at the ASU Lake House.

Most of the the TOLC activities will take place either in Middle Concho Park, or on the ASU campus.

Parking

All attendee vehicles will receive a temporary event permit to place on their dashboards. Here are two approved parking lots on campus: outside theUniversity Center (educational sessions location), and outside the Center for Human Performance (host institution building and showers). Permits are only valid in “B Zone” lots. The “B” lot along Vanderventer St., provides quick access to the Center for Human Performance (CHP). Attendee name badges will provide access to the CHP for showers.
