Fitness Classes
University Recreation offers free fitness classes to ASU students, faculty and staff. You can join a class at any time during the semester. Classes meet for an hour in the Center for Human Performance Dance Studio or in the swimming pool for aqua aerobics.
No need to sign up for the class. All you need to do is show up with your ASU ID.

Abs Workout
All-around abdominal toning and strengthening. 30-40 minutes of intense dynamic core concentration moves followed by a cool down and stretching.
Boot Camp
Take your workouts to the next level. This intense class is built for those who are looking for a challenge. 45-50 minutes of non-stop total body conditioniing.
Cardio Sculpt
Alternate between resistance training and cardio intervals. Burns double the calories through combination training moves.
Circuit
Weights, intervals, and cardio! This class is designed to train you from top to bottom and improve your overall physique.
Step Aerobics
Total body conditioning! An intense choreography based class geared to tone and shape you from head to toe!
Water Aerobics
No-impact water work out designed to increase your cadiovascular conditioning and improve muscular strength and endurance.
