Registration Information
To register for personalized fitness training, complete the PFT Registration Packet, submit it to the Center for Human Performance Room 112 during normal business hours, and provide payment in the form of cash, check (made payable to : Angelo State University), or credit/debit card.
All sales are final, there are no refunds. Participants are served on a first-come first-serve basis, and full payment is required to reserve a spot.
