Shaun Keeney

Hi, my name is Shaun Keeney and that's a zombie duck on top of my head. I'm a graduate assistant in the English department. I'll be graduating with my Masters in English this summer. I thoroughly enjoy working in the Writing Center, which has everything to do with the peers I work with and the students I tutor.

I'm originally from Austin, but graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in English. I've been writing since I was too young to be any good at it, and I've loved English longer than that.

When I'm not at the Writing Center or in class, other than spending time with my friends, I love to read and write zombie stories. Those poor zombie novels are a misunderstood lot, but I'll avoid a tangent. However, if you happen to have a tutoring session with me there's every chance that there will be zombie paraphernalia surrounding my computer monitor. Yet another reason why I love where I work.
