If registering by e-mail, please include student's name, DISCOVER ASU date student wants to attend, high school or college currently attending, graduation date (high school), when the student expects to enter Angelo State, what major the student is interested in, a mailing address to have your confirmation package sent to, an e-mail address, and a phone number. Also, please include the number of guests that may be accompanying the student.
