Welcome to the Angelo State University graduate program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. We are pleased that you are visiting us today. Our program is relatively young but we are excited about how it has grown and evolved since its inception in 2000. Dr. Kraig Schell, program advisor, has been with the program since its birth, and we have welcomed students from not only Texas, but states all over the United States. Dr. C. Allen Gorman joined us in 2007 and has initiated exciting lines of research and really added to the diversity of our faculty. Community support for our program is also good and has continued to improve over the last 8 years.
