Aug 22 - Aug 26	NO LAB

Aug 29 - Sep 2	Lab 1 - Looking for Relationships We will start this first lab by talking about some rules and grading policies. You should read the Lab Rules. Then we will conduct two simple experiments. You will be one of our guinea pigs! You may read the introduction for this lab here.

Sep 5 - Sep 9	NO LAB Due to the Labor Day holiday we will not have labs this week.

Sep 12 - Sep 16	Lab 2 - Stem Cells Read the pre-lab online and then take the Blackboard quiz BEFORE coming to lab.

Sep 19 - Sep 23	Lab 3 - Digestion Don't forget to take the pre-lab quiz AND bring an edible liquid.

Sep 26 - Sep 30	Lab 4 - Nutrition Don't forget to take the pre-lab quiz AND do the restaurant assignment.

Oct 3 - Oct 7	Lab 5 - Cancer This week's pre-lab quiz includes 4 extra questions.

Oct 10 - Oct 14	Lab 6 - Circulatory System Don't forget to take the pre-lab quiz. There are no questions just 2 figures to label.

Oct 17 - Oct 21	Lab 7 - Looking Into The Eyes This week's pre-lab quiz has both a figure to label and some questions.

Oct 24 - Oct 28	Lab 8 - Traditional Genetics Don't forget to take the pre-lab quiz.

Oct 31 - Nov 4	Lab 9 - Modern Genetics: DNA Don't forget to take the pre-lab quiz.

Nov 7 - Nov 11	Lab 10 - Reproduction No pre-lab quiz but a post-lab quiz this week.

Nov 14 - Nov 18	Lab 11 - Evolution This week's pre-lab quiz isn't a quiz at all. It is a survey. No wrong answers BUT you have to take it before next week's lab.

Nov 21 - Nov 25	NO LABS Thanksgiving week

Nov 28	Lab 12 - Make A Difference Due the Monday after Thanksgiving!

Grades
Scores will be assigned weekly and posted on the Blackboard web site. Your lab grade is worth 25% of your overall grade in Biology 1410.
