5. Player development (If I place you in an odd position, I may be seeing how you perform there or trying to give you a perspective- expect this to happen in non-cup match games)
6. Input from a designated selection committee
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE COACHES
1. Honesty
2. Open discussions about why you were or were not selected. Sometimes you will not be sought out to discuss these matters (tournaments for example). If you ever want to know why you were or were not chosen, it is your right to discuss this with any coach at any time.
3. Technical expertise. Curtis Grey has been coaching and/or playing rugby for
6 years now. He brings with him an enthusiasm for the game as well as a
willingness to improve himself and the team.
4. An organized practice.
5. Approachability. If you think of something that may help the club out, mention it to the coaches. If the idea is provided during practice, the discussion may need to be postponed until the end of practice to allow us to accomplish everything that we want to that day.
