Troubleshooting

  1. Please make sure Real Networks Real Audio player version 7 or better is correctly installed before continuing. Instructions for proper software installation can be found at the Real Networks Website.

  2. Check your system configuration to make sure you meet minimum system and bandwidth requirements for this software and service. These requirements can be found here.

  3. Check your speaker configuration to ensure your audio level is not too low or muted.
