University Planning Presentations
February 21, 2008
Dear Campus and Community Colleagues:
Annually the senior leadership of Angelo State University will present an overview of its planning strategies, including requests for resource (re)allocations. The intent is to allow the campus and community to hear how division and unit priorities are established, as well as to understand how financial decisions will be taken to implement initiatives. Our inaugural University Planning Presentation is scheduled 9 a.m. until noon, Wednesday, April 2, in the CJ Davidson Conference Center of the University Center.
This presentation is part of the broader emerging University Strategic Planning process and will be the first time that unit and division plans will be presented against the background of our new university vision and values statements. Integrated planning - academic, student services, facilities, financial, development and technology - is especially critical to ensure that our campus priorities reflect our goals as a member of the Texas Tech University System.
I invite you to join with your colleagues and attend these informative presentations. For those unable to attend, the sessions will be taped and made available for viewing on RamPort.
Sincerely,
Joseph C. Rallo
President
