Institutional Research and Accountability

Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research and Accountability is 1) to support the decision-making processes of the university by institutional assessment activities and dissemination of useable and timely data, and 2) to support the university’s quality enhancement, accountability, and accreditation efforts by coordinating and integrating accountability- and effectiveness-related functions.

The preceding are accomplished through data collection, analysis, and reporting; by providing assistance to others in these activities; and by functioning as a mechanism for tracking institutional assessment activities associated with effectiveness, accountability, and accreditation efforts.
