Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card
Promptly report a lost or stolen card!
To report a lost or stolen card:
1. Log on to asuone.com and sign in using the e-mail address and password that you selected when you activated your card.
2. Click Profile
3. Choose Address/Phone Number
4. Verify that your address is correct. Change it if necessary. Cards will NOT be forwarded by the US Postal Service. If you have a replacement card sent to an invalid address, you may be charged an additional $20.00 fee.
5. Click Customer Service
6. Click Lost Card
7. Click the Report Lost Button
8. Logout of your account.
9. Go to the OneCard Office to pay the $20.00 replacement fee and to obtain a temporary card. The temporary card is for use only on campus. You should receive your replacement card within 7 days.
When you report your card lost/stolen it is immediately deactivated to prevent unauthorized use. Cards that have been deactivated cannot be reactivated.
If your card is lost or stolen outside of regular business hours, you will need to come to the ASU OneCard Office during the next business day to obtain a temporary card. Your replacement card will be mailed to the address that you indicate on the asuone.com website.
The Cardholder may be held responsible for all transactions until the card is reported lost or stolen. If you notice unauthorized transactions on your statement, immediately contact Higher One Customer Service at 1-877-278-1919
