Your ASU OneCard will be mailed.

If your address is incorrect and the USPS returns your card, you may incur a $20 replacement card fee. Even if you have a change of address order in place, the USPS will not forward your ASU OneCard.

You will receive an email notification when your card is mailed.

Your identity will be verified

All new students, faculty, and staff are required to show a valid, unexpired government issued photo identification card.

Please scan one of the following and submit it along with your application.

  • Your unexpired government-issued photo ID
    or
  • Your birth certificate AND your social security card

If you do not have these documents, your ASU OneCard will be mailed to the OneCard Office.
