Sending Money to a OneAccount

The OneAccount is a free, no monthly fee, FDIC-insured checking account. When students have funds in their OneAccount, they are able to use their ASU OneCard as a debit MasterCard.

Electronically Create a log-in account at asuone.com and transfer funds from your checking or savings account.
Check or Money Order Mail your student a check or money order. Your student will then need to log in to his/her ASU OneAccount and print a deposit slip. Then, your student needs to mail the check or money order and the deposit slip to the address on the deposit slip - or bring the items to the OneCard Office and we will ship the deposit to the bank via overnight delivery.

Sending Money to a RamBucks (Campus Debit) Account

RamBucks is the campus debit account that students can use to pay for photocopies, purchase food and beverages, pay library fines and fees, etc.

At the OneCard Office Deposits can be made using cash, check, money order, MasterCard or VISA. Our office is in the West Office Annex and business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Fax Complete the RamBucks Deposit Form and fax it to (325) 942-2240.

  • Credit Card: Complete the RamBucks Deposit Form.
  • Check: Complete the RamBucks Deposit Form and include a check payable to ASU in the dollar amount to be added to the RamBucks account.
  • Money Order: Complete the RamBucks Deposit Form and include a money order payable to ASU in the dollar amount to be added to the RamBucks account.
