Types of Alerts
When you provide BankMobile with your mobile phone information, you will receive text message alerts from BankMobile based on the personal preferences you establish. You will have the option to receive messages for:
- Refund Status – Choosing this preference will activate an automatic alert sent to your mobile phone any time the status of your refund changes. (For example, you will receive an alert when we deposit a refund to your BankMobile Vibe Account.)
- Balance Changes – Choosing this preference will activate an automatic alert sent to your mobile phone any time the balance on your BankMobile Vibe Account changes by the amount you specify.
- Low Balance – Choosing this preference will activate an automatic alert sent to your mobile phone when the balance of your BankMobile Vibe Account reaches or falls below the amount you specify. These alerts can help you manage the balance of funds in your account so you can guarantee that you always have sufficient funds to cover your spending. (Note: These alerts are sent once per day, and one alert will be sent when your balance reaches or falls below the amount you specify. Receipt of alerts may be delayed or prevented when balance fluctuations occur in a single day. Alerts are not a substitute for other notices we send you. It is important to continue to review all correspondence from BankMobile pertaining to your BankMobile Vibe Account.)
Balance On Demand
When you provide BankMobile with your mobile phone information, you can get your balance information on demand 24 hours a day.
Text 2 Balance* - Text the message BAL to 67298, and BankMobile will automatically send your account balance back to your mobile phone.
*Currently only the following carriers support the Text 2 Balance feature: Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon and Virgin Wireless. As more carriers support the feature, we will add them to this list. Frequency is dependent on the subscriber. To opt out, text STOP to 67298 or visit asuone.com. Message and data rates may apply.
