How to Verify Your Identity:
All students, faculty and staff who are issued ASU OneCards need to have their identity verified. Part of the reason for this is due to banking regulations that require account holders to be properly identified. The other reason is to help identify individuals on campus.
Acceptable forms of identification are unexpired government-issued documents. Valid documents include:
- Driver's License
- State ID
- Military ID
- Valid US or Foreign issued passport (showing the passport number and the country of origin)
- Other government-issued photo ID
Individuals may submit verification in one of the following ways:
- Bring an approved ID type to the OneCard Office, room 209 of the Hardeman Building during regular business hours
- Mail a photocopy of an approved ID type to: Higher One, 25 Science Park, New Haven, CT 06511
- Fax a copy to Higher One at 866-309-7443
