Campus Recycling Bin Locations

Paper and Plastic

Each location listed below has a blue paper only cart and a green plastic only cart. Each department should also have small blue and green crates for collection within the department.

  • Academic Building
    • Hallway – Second floor across from Room 204
    • Hallway – First floor across from Room 110
    • Hallway – Basement across from Room 010
    • Hallway – Second floor across from Room 210
  • Mayer Administration – First floor in the hallway by the Purchasing Office
  • Carr Education-Fine Arts – Central spine
  • Cavness – First floor
  • Center for Human Performance – Front desk area
  • Rassman – First floor near the main stairwell entrance
  • Facilities Management – Loading dock
  • Food Service Center – Back loading dock
  • Hardeman – First floor by main entrance
  • Herrington House – Near the back door
  • Houston Harte University Center – Student Involvement Center on the ground level
  • Junell Center/Stephens Arena – Junell Center
  • Library – Resources area by loading area
  • Math Computer Science – First floor northeast entrance by Rassman
  • Print Shop – First floor (Contact Print Shop employees for the exact location within the building.)
  • Reidy – Inside the campus Police Station and in the front area of the
  • Controller’s Office
  • Science III – First floor by the restrooms
  • Annex buildings – Outside the Human Resources Office
  • University Clinic – Near the back door
  • Vincent Nursing-Physical Science – West entrance near the restrooms

Cardboard

Recycle cardboard at these locations:

  • Math Computer Science – South parking lot near trash Dumpster
  • Food Service – At the loading dock near the tennis courts
  • University Center – Next to the post office near the loading dock

Recyclable Collection

A trailer picks up recyclables every three days. For additional pick-ups, call (325) 942-2180.

The Biology Department’s recycling program for cell phones, ink jet cartridges and laser printer cartridges provides funds for the Angelo State Natural History Collections Endowment.
