Welcome to Vision 2028—ASU’s Campus Master Plan
Angelo State University’s Centennial Master Plan has been updated to reflect the strategic priorities of the University’s strategic plan, “Vision 2020.” The Texas Tech University System Board of Regents approved the update in August 2011.
Facility Programming and Consulting, an architectural programming firm retained to ultimately develop ASU’s new Facilities Master Plan, collected and analyzed information from all components of the university: academic growth, residential issues, support facilities, and overall campus design.
In tandem with the work of Facilities Programming, a campus facilities master plan committee completed several important tasks:
- Reviewed data and information as evaluated and analyzed by the consultants;
- Worked with the consultants to transfer curricular goals and institutional initiatives into “brick and mortar” outcomes;
- Generated a set of final recommendations for review by University leadership and subsequently forwarded to the Board of Regents of the Texas Tech University System for review and approval.
