Career Fairs

• The Professional Internship and Job Fair is held during each fall semester in the Houston Harte University Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive, which can be found on the campus map.
• The Teacher Job Fair is held every spring in the Junell Center at 2235 S. Jackson, which can be found on the campus map.
• The College of Health and Human Services organizes its own career fair for nursing and physical therapy students. For more information, contact the college at (325) 942-2630 or visit the college’s Web page.

The cost to participate in our career fairs varies each year.

We offer these amenities to employer vendors:

Electrical Outlets

A limited number of electrical outlets are available. If you anticipate needing an outlet, make your reservation as soon as possible and specify that you will need it.

The University Center also has wireless Internet access.

Food and Beverages

Lunch for two representatives is provided in the registration fee, and more lunches can be purchased for an additional fee.

Employers who wish to conduct an information session will contact Career Development to make the room reservation and then the employers is responsible for making food arrangements with Chartwells Catering Services.

Parking

Currently, no parking passes are needed. The Career Development staff makes arrangements with Parking Services prior to the event.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

Refunds will be given only if ASU Career Development receives a written cancelation at least one week in advance of the event. Employers with outstanding fees from past job fairs will not be allowed to recruit on campus through Career Development until the fee is paid in full.
