Teacher Job Fair
Angelo State University and Career Development invites you to participate in our Teacher Job Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 (noon) in the Junell Center. Recruiters may arrive anytime after 9:00 a.m. Upon checking in at the registration table located at the entrance of the gym floor, we will direct you to your assigned table.
Visit the Campus Parking Map for detailed parking information. Please park in either lot P27, P28 or P29 which are located on the west side of the Junell Center. Representatives may use the loading dock in P28 to unload their material. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the loading dock drive way. Reserved parking is not available for this event; however, representatives will not need a parking pass.
Your registration fee of $80.00 will provide you with an 8X8 ft. booth, 6-ft. table and 2 chairs, and lunch for TWO representatives. Additional lunches may be purchased for $15 per person. Lunch will be served immediately following the fair and will end at 1:30 p.m., allowing you the opportunity to clear your booth and enjoy a hot meal before you begin your travel home (or to the next school). Electrical access is limited and if requested will be an additional $15.00 charge. Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations can be emailed to email@example.com or by calling 325/942-2255. In the event of inclement weather the registration fee is non-refundable.
To reserve your space, complete the Teacher Job Fair Registration Form as soon as possible. You may pay by check or fax your credit card information to our office. Please make sure your handwriting is legible and that you sign the form.

Once we have received your registration form we will send you a confirmation email with a copy of your receipt. If you are paying by credit card, please make sure your handwriting is legible and that you sign the form. We cannot process incomplete payment forms. Credit card forms must be faxed or mailed back to us. We look forward to seeing you at the fair. Housing & Residential Programs has a limited number of rooms in Concho Hall that you can reserve. For $80 you can spend the night in an authentic dorm suite. The suite consists of two rooms (with a total of four twin extra-long beds) joined by a bathroom. You provide your own toiletries and they will provide all the bedding, towels & wash cloths. Reservations will open February 1, 2014. Please call Housing at 325/942-2035 if you have any questions.
