ASU to Host Fall Job Fair Sept. 21

Angelo State University students and the public are invited to attend the ASU Career Development Office's Fall Job Fair Thursday, Sept. 21, in the C.J. Davidson Conference Center in the Houston Harte University Center on the campus.

The job fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday. Representatives from more than 50 employers will provide information on their various employment opportunities. Employers will include state and federal agencies, employment firms, statewide companies and businesses and branches of the military. Several universities will also be represented, including the ASU College of Graduate Studies, Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy and Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

Prospective job seekers should understand that a majority of the employment opportunities require related college degrees and/or a current course of study leading toward such a degree. Some entry-level and part-time positions may also be available. The job fair is free and job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring plenty of resumes.
