ASU Friends Book Sale Set for Jan. 26-27

Hundreds of books, magazines and other printed materials, most at rock-bottom prices, will be available to the public during the annual book sale of the Friends of the Porter Henderson Library and West Texas Collection on Saturday, Jan. 27.

The annual book sale is scheduled 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, in the Fellowship Hall of College Hills Baptist Church, 2102 Johnson Ave. Admission is free.

Individuals desiring to beat the crowd and buy books early can pay $5 for admission to attend preview night from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26.

A variety of fiction and nonfiction will be available. Additionally, various educational materials, including children’s books, will be on sale. Most items will be priced at $1 for hardbacks and 50 cents for paperbacks.

The Friends of the Porter Henderson Library and West Texas Collection is a support organization dedicated to enhancing the library and archival resources available to the ASU community. All proceeds from the sale will go to benefit the collections and programs of the Porter Henderson Library and West Texas Collection.
