ASU Photographer and Students to Display Work
A collection of photographs by Angelo State University photographer Tina Doyle and ASU photography students will be on public display Nov. 2-30 in the Houston Harte University Center Art Gallery.
The Art Gallery is located in Room 107 of the University Center. The display, titled “Eye of the Beholder,” will feature black-and-white and color film and digital images taken by Doyle and students from her basic and advanced photography classes. It will also include an exhibit of vintage cameras and equipment from Doyle’s private collection. A special Grand Opening event for the display will be held Nov. 7 from 4-6 p.m. in the Art Gallery.
Doyle has been a staff photographer and photography instructor in the ASU Department of Communication, Drama and Journalism since 1995. She holds a master’s degree in photography from Sam Houston State University and is a regular newsletter contributor to the International Photography Hall of Fame, where she also previously served as secretary and education director.
