ASU to Host Professional Job Fair Sept. 20
The public is invited to join Angelo State University students in attending ASU Career Development's annual Professional Job Fair Thursday, Sept. 20, in the Houston Harte University Center on campus.
The job fair will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 20 in the University Center's C.J. Davidson Conference Center. Representatives from more than 50 employers will provide information on their various career opportunities. Employers will include state and federal agencies, employment firms, healthcare facilities, statewide companies and businesses, and branches of the military. Angelo State's AFROTC program will also be represented, along with the ASU and Texas Tech graduate schools.
Prospective job seekers should understand that a majority of the employment opportunities require related college degrees and/or a current course of study leading toward such a degree. Some entry level and part-time positions may also be available. The job fair is free and job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring plenty of resumes.
