Acoustic Artist Coming to ASU Club Caf�
Singer/songwriter Steve Means will bring his acoustic guitar to Angelo State University’s Club Caf� at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18, in the Houston Harte University Center’s C.J. Davidson Conference Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive.
Admission is $1 at the door, and a limited supply of free Club Caf� coffee mugs will be available, along with coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and light refreshments. If the mugs are all given away, disposable cups will be available.
The 23-year-old Means fuses his smooth guitar style with moving lyrics for soul-touching pop music that he shares with more than 100 college audiences a year. His MySpace page has been viewed more than one million times, drawing style comparisons to the likes of John Mayer and Stevie Wonder. He has also been featured on MTV’s “The Real World” and “Newport Harbor.”
He has recorded two albums, the self-released “Rescue Me” in 2007, and his newest, “Now or Never.”
