Information Session Scheduled by Finance and Administration Leaders

The top administrators reporting to Angelo State University’s vice president for finance and administration will be available to answer questions and address concerns during an administrative information session 2-3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, in the C.J. Davidson Conference Center.

The information session is open to the campus community. ASU Finance and Administration Vice President Sharon Meyer said the session is designed to improve communications with Angelo State employees and students.

“Any topics that people have questions about will be on the table for discussion,” said Meyer. “We are committed to openness and transparency and this is an opportunity for people to learn more about the directions we are moving in several areas.”

In addition to Meyer, panel members will be:

� James Adams, chief of police

� Skip Bolding, director of environmental health, safety and risk management

� Denise Brodnax, executive director and controller

� Bill Cullins, executive director of administrative planning and special projects

� Connie Frazier, director of residential programs

� Arlene Freatman, executive assistant to the vice president of finance and administration

� Jay Halbert, director of facilities management

� Jennifer Lennon, executive director of materials management

� Greg Pecina, executive director of business services

� John Russell, director of facilities planning and construction

� Angie Wright, associate vice president for finance and administration
