ASU Coffee and Conversation to Take Summer Break
Angelo State University’s Coffee and Conversation program, sponsored by the Modern Languages Department, will take a break until the fall semester.
The last week of the sessions in French, German, Russian and Spanish will be April 26-29. The program will resume shortly after the fall semester begins in September.
Faculty members of the Modern Languages Department conduct the informal conversations, which are meant to help members of the community brush up on foreign language speaking skills. The conversational hours are open free to the community in the Houston Harte University Center’s Room 110/111, the dining area behind the coffee station.
Remaining spring sessions the next two weeks will include Russian at 8:30 a.m. and French at 5 p.m. on Mondays, Spanish on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and German at 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
For more information on the program, call the Modern Languages Department at 942-2244.
