ASU Small Business Center to Host Government Business Seminar
Angelo State University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host a forum on doing business with government entities on Thursday, Nov. 10, at the West Texas Training Center, 3501 N. U.S. Highway 67.
The forum, titled “How to do Business with the Government,” will run from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 10 and is open free to the public. Local and area business owners and prospective entrepreneurs interested in doing business with government entities, including universities, city and county governments, and military bases, are encouraged to attend.
Participants will learn about various programs and websites available to assist businesses with the policies and procedures that must be followed to deal with government entities. Speakers will also share resources and guidelines to having the best opportunity to do business with governments.
