ASU Night of Brass Scheduled Nov. 4

The Angelo State University Department of Art and Music will present its annual "Night of Brass" concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, in Celebration Hall at First United Methodist Church, 37 East Beauregard Ave., in downtown San Angelo.

The public is invited to attend this free concert.

The evening concert will feature compositions by Gustav Mahler, Camille Saint-Saens, J.S. Bach, Giuseppe Verdi, Henri Tomasi and Antonin Dvorak. Performing ensembles will include the ASU Brass Choir, trumpet ensembles, trombone quartet, tuba ensemble, the French horn quartet and the West Texas Brass Quintet.
