The annual lecture will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the C.J. Davidson Conference Center, which is in the Houston Harte University Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive, on the ASU campus.

He later founded, serving as the Internet-based grocery company's CEO for 18 months. The company merged with the Safeway supermarkets. The Tesco shopping chain later joined Safeway as a co-owner.

Hagar worked as a vice president with the Hunt Investment Group in Dallas before starting Digital Witness.

The Wells Fargo Distinguished Lectureship in Business was established in 1995 to strengthen the relationship between the San Angelo business community and Angelo State University and to provide ASU students with exposure to business leaders who can offer practical solutions to management problems.
