Information for:

Consultation and Research Institute

As part of the ASU Center for Wellness, Engagement and Development (WED), the Consultation and Research Institute (CRI) is prepared to offer a variety of consultation services serving the West Texas region and beyond. CRI is capable of supporting all kinds of organizations with a variety of services that can be customized to your needs. Examples include:

  • Education and training - we can provide training to staff in for-profit and non-profit organizations on a number of topics including human resource management, performance management, selection, and all aspects of organizational behavior (motivation, stress, etc.). We can come to you or you can come to us.
  • Specialized non-profit organization (NPO) services - we can provide services that are unique to NPOs such as external outcome evaluation and methodologies for assessment, and we can support grant-writing activities through our partnership with the ASU Grant Resource Center
  • Organizational diagnostic services - if you aren’t quite sure what you need exactly, but you think you need our help, we can provide in-depth organizational analysis and feedback to clarify your vision and help you move forward.

Of course, our services are completely customizable, not “bookshelf” solutions that may or may not work as you expected.

Hospitals and health care companies! Dr. Schell has 15 years of teaching and consulting experience in patient safety and patient engagement. If you need help with safety, please contact us!

Our fees are extremely reasonable. Because of the support of ASU, we are able to offer our services at massive discounts compared to the rates charged by large consulting firms such as PWC, Aon, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Additionally, you will be working with consultants who understand the West Texas business culture. Our fees are calculated on a sliding scale, and for non-profit organizations, we can be included in grants as external evaluators.

Please contact us or visit our Twitter or Facebook pages to let us know how CRI can help your organization learn to help itself.
