Instructions to access Form 1098-T online:

  1. Go to www.1098T.com
  2. On the left, click on Access My Record
  3. Enter your social security number
  4. Enter your last name
  5. Password:

    First time users:

    1. The first time you log into www.1098T.com, you will not have a Password. (ASU does not assign passwords for this site.)
    2. Leave Password blank and click login.
    3. Enter First Name
    4. Enter a 12 character alphanumeric password (case sensitive)
    5. Re-enter password
    6. Enter mother’s maiden Name
    7. Enter student’s date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
    8. Click on the Finish button

    Returning users:

    1. Enter Password from last visit to www.1098T.com. Click login.
    2. If you have forgotten your Password, leave Password blank and click login to create new Password.
    3. Enter First Name
    4. Enter a 12 character alphanumeric password (case sensitive)
    5. Re-enter password
    6. Enter mother’s maiden name
    7. Enter student’s date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
    8. Click on the Finish button
  1. In the green box, select the tax year you want to access
  2. Click the Select button
  3. In the blue box, select Angelo State University if you have more than one school listed
  4. On the left, click on View My 1098T Tax Form
  5. To print this form, go to File and select Print or click on the print icon
  6. To email this form, go to File and select Send page by email or click on the email icon
