Homecoming 2009 Rules and Regulations

  1. Events are open to all ASU students.
  2. All teams must be registered student organizations.
  3. All forms must be completed online.
  4. Nominations for King and Queen must be submitted online by Monday, September 14 at 5 p.m.
  5. Student organizations wishing to compete for the spirit stick must submit entry forms by Monday, September 21 at 5 p.m.
  6. All Homecoming forms (with the exception of King and Queen nominations) must be submitted online no later than Monday, September 21 at 5 p.m.
  7. Updated Spirit Stick points will be posted daily at the Center for Student Involvement (UC, Garden Level) during Homecoming Week.
  8. In the event of a tie, appropriate points will be given to each qualifying team.
  9. Decisions made by the judges for each event are final and no protest will be permitted.
  10. Failure to abide by rules will result in disqualification and loss of points.
  11. Organizations may enter each event once unless even description indicates otherwise.
  12. The Spirit Stick will be awarded during the Homecoming football game.
  13. Rules for specific events are provided separately on the Homecoming website.
