Disbursing Financial Aid

Financial aid awards will be credited to a student’s account. If the amount of financial aid applied creates an over-payment, remaining refunds will be issued by the Student Accounts Office. Refunds are disbursed via the ASU OneCard according to the refund preference selected by the student.

Awards are generally disbursed in an amount equal to one-half of the total award each semester. Work-study earnings will be paid as earned on a monthly basis and student earnings also will be disbursed via the ASU OneCard, according to the student’s selected preference.
