Refunds are issued by the Student Accounts office, not the financial aid office.
Please know that the earliest we can apply financial aid for any given term is 10 days before the term begins.
If your refund option is the OneCard and your financial aid paid Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon, your refund will be available Thursday afternoon. Aid paid Wednesday morning through Friday afternoon will be refunded the following Tuesday afternoon.
If you selected any other refund option it will take longer for your refund to be processed.

Checking for a Refund
How to check to see if you’re getting a refund:
- Log in to Ramport
- Select Student Services
- Select RAMS Logon
- Select View/Pay My Bill
- Select the term you are querying
- Click the Submit button
- If you will be getting a refund, you will see Residual Refund and the refund amount
If your refund option is the OneCard, you can log in to ASUOne.com to see if the refund has been deposited into your account.
If you have checked your bill online and you are expecting a refund due to financial aid, but your financial aid hasn’t paid or your financial aid hasn’t completely paid your bill, you can contact the Financial Aid office at 325-942-2246.
If you have checked your bill online and you can see a Residual Refund on the bill and you have allowed ample time for processing, but you still have not received your refund, you can contact the Student Accounts office at 325-942-2008.
