Brown Bag Seminars

Come join us for our monthly ASUFit Brown Bag Seminars! Each of our speakers are experts in their health or wellness field and they usually provide us with a wealth of information, activities, games, and freebees. All students, faculty, staff, and the ASU community are welcome to attend free of charge (unless otherwise posted).

We also post all of our Brown Bags on our ASUFit Youtube Channel at http://www.youtube.com/asufit. To the left is an example.
