Please note that this service at Shannon Urgent Care-South is not available during the University Clinic’s regular office hours. The University Police and residence hall staff are not authorized to issue Medical Service Authorization Forms when the clinic is open. This service is intended to provide medical care when the University Clinic is closed on weekends and on state-observed holidays only. It is not provided to pay for referrals or other medical services, such as labs, X-Rays, medical specialist visits, emergency room services, etc.
