Reserve a group study room
The Library has six newly-renovated group study rooms, which can be reserved. Most of the rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, white boards, and flat screen panels to use with your laptop, making them a great place for study groups of four to eight people. One additional group study room is without amenities, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Library also has the Presentation Practice Room, which has Wi-Fi, a flat screen panel, and a video camera. If you don’t want to practice your speech at home or in front of a mirror, you can check out the room and film yourself giving the presentation. Play it back and see what you need to improve! If you need to practice a speech, you may want to reserve this room in advance. It is very popular!
In need of a quiet place to study solo? The Basement and Second Floor of the Library have various areas for quiet study and the Second Floor also features the Quiet Study Room, which is also newly-renovated. It is a large, nearly-silent space where you can study alone and undisturbed.
