The Porter Henderson Library is located on the North-West side of the University campus.  (See the campus map - Building 3. You must be able to open additional windows from your current computer to do this.) The building consists of four floors - basement through third.  However, the third floor is actually not accessible from inside the Library, and houses a variety of NON-Library functions.  To access the third floor, you must utilize either the EXTERIOR elevator on the front (West) wall of the Library, or the stairwells located on the EXTERIOR North and South walls of the structure.  Likewise, the Library itself is not accessible from these locations, but for security reasons may only be entered by its own entrance at the front of the Library.  The following pages will give you an idea of the Library layout on the Basement through second floors.
