As previously stated, RamCat tells you what the Library
owns. In this way, it is like a menu at a restaurant. A menu tells you
what the Restaurant serves; RamCat tells you what the Library owns.
However, a menu does not tell you every single ingredient in a dish. RamCat
is the same; it DOES NOT tell you the ingredients of magazines, journals,
or newspapers -- e.g. articles. Therefore, if you don't know
which magazines, journals, or newspapers already have articles on your
topic, DO NOT use RamCat. However, if you are looking for
books or entire journals that might have information on your topic, or
already know an issue of a periodical that has an article on your subject,
use RamCat.

Hint: RamCat tells you if the Library has
the whole enchilada; it does not tell you all of the ingredients in the
enchilada.
