To ensure your mail is received, please use the following mailing address format:

Mail addressed incorrectly can slow the delivery process and deliveries are not made to any dorm room. Are you ordering books? Please note that outside vendors require a street address in addition to your ASU station box number. If your delivery is being shipped using UPS, FedEx, Lonestar or any service other than the Postal Service the address format below must be used to ensure a correct and timely delivery.

Please note: USPS and possibly other vendors may scan your mail and/or parcel as delivered prior to actual delivery at ASU. Internet tracking or an email from a vendor does not indicate your item has in fact been delivered.

Mail Forwarding

  • ASU has made arrangements with USPS for forwarding First class mail only.
  • For a permanent address change (leaving permanently) ASU will only forward mail for thirty (30) days.
  • Temporary summer address change (returning Fall students) ASU will forward mail for sixty (60) days.
  • ASU departments are responsible for Forwarding departmental mail and will incur the costs.
  • If you are not returning to ASU your Mailbox key needs to be turned in at the ASU Post Office in the UC.
  • Mail forwarding is processed with mail services after you have turned in your key.
