The Meat Market at Angelo State University offers a variety of beef, pork, lamb and goat products coupled with an expanding offering of smoked and fully cooked items. These products are all sold on a per-pound basis.

All products at the Meat Market are vacuum packaged and frozen to preserve product quality and safety. Below you will find tabs with tables listing all of our products.

Please view each product and learn other valuable information before making your selection(s). The table lists the price per pound, average pounds per package and pieces per package. You may also view a copy of the current sales flier for a listing of all our products.

 

You may purchase products by visiting the retail store or by placing an order. We recommend the use of this online order submission form. Simply enter the quantity of your favorite Meat Market products on the previous tabs above. When you are finished ordering, fill in your contact information and press the “Submit” button below.

All items are sold on a first come first served basis.

When submitting your order, please keep in mind that we price product on a per pound basis. However, we sell product on a package basis.
