Beginning fall 2011, undergraduate transferable coursework with a grade of C or better may be used to satisfy your undergraduate ASU degree plan as credit only. Transferable grades of D will not be used to satisfy degree requirements, core requirements, or course pre-requisites.

Transfer coursework will continue to include a transfer GPA and an overall cumulative GPA that will be used only for purposes specific to admissions, financial aid, and reporting.

Our office assists students, faculty and staff with all aspects of student records, including registering for classes, dropping classes, verifying enrollment, receiving credit for examination, checking grades and requesting transcript copies. We are located in Room 200 of the Hardeman Building, and students are welcome to call us at (325) 942-2043 or visit us in person for assistance.

Meningitis Information

All incoming students must provide proof of current meningitis vaccination 10 days prior 1st class day.  If documentation is not received by this time, the student’s entire schedule will be dropped.

Final Exams

Visit the Final Exam Schedule to plan ahead.

Grades

You can access your grades through RamPort or the RAMS system. Log in to the system just as you would for registration, select Student Records and choose Final Grades. Please note that the Final Grades link is only active during the grading period for each semester. If you want to view your grades outside of this time period, you need to view your Unofficial Academic Transcript. Contact the Registrar’s Office at (325) 942-2043 if you have any questions about these processes.
