Enrollment Verifications
The Office of the Registrar will assist students with enrollment and/or attendance verification requests. Enrollment verifications are processed in the following ways:
- Unofficial Enrollment Verifications – Verifications for enrolled students are considered unofficial if processed prior to the Official Census Day* of the semester.
- Official Enrollment Verifications – Verifications which are processed beginning with the Official Census Day* of the semester are considered to be official for students who are registered for that semester/session.
*The Official Census Day of the term is the 12th class day for the Fall/Spring semesters and the 4th class day for Summer sessions.
Please note: Enrollment Verifications for a semester cannot be processed until a student has registered for that semester.
Ways to Request Enrollment Verifications
- In Person – Students who complete a request or bring forms to the Office of the Registrar will have their enrollment verification request processed while they wait if request is not made during a peak period. Requests received during peak periods will be processed within two business days.
- By Fax or Mail – Students should submit an Enrollment Verification Request form to the Office of the Registrar. Students who submit a request or other forms by fax or mail will have their enrollment verification request processed upon receipt unless received during a peak period. Requests received during a peak period will be processed within two business days. Requests may be submitted by fax to (325) 942-2553 or by mail to:

Definition of Full-time Enrollment Status
Fall/Spring SemesterUndergraduate Students – 12 or more hours
Graduate Students – 9 or more hours
Summer Session
Undergraduate Students – 12 or more hours between both summer sessions
Graduate Students – 9 or more hours between both summer sessions
