Veterans Affairs
The Veterans’ Affairs Office is located in the Dorsey B. Hardeman Administration Building, Room 203B. Any student who wishes to apply for benefits, receive counseling, or get information may call the VA Office at 325-942-2159 or come in during regular office hours (Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For more information on education benefits for veterans, please refer to the Department of Veterans Affairs website.
Students receiving VA benefits
It is the student's responsibility to immediately notify the Veterans’ Affairs Office of any drops, adds, or a change of program. The Veterans’ Affairs Office also requires that a degree plan be on file prior to certification for benefits.
All transfer students will additionally be required to supply official transcripts from other institutions of higher education. Please supply the above information as soon as possible and allow 4-6 weeks for each to be completed.
