Information for:

Emergency Management

Angelo State University is committed to a creating and maintaining a safe campus environment. The institution has many strategies in place to promote safety and respond to emergencies. A few of the techniques we use are:

  • ASUAlert
  • City Civil Defense Siren
  • Electronic key card access to residence halls
  • Emergency blue light phones

The Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management Office asks you to do your part in preparing for and responding to an actual incident. We encourage you to view our online information and reference our checklists for optimum emergency preparedness.

The purpose of our website is not to give emergency notification to the Angelo State community, but to provide an education and information resource area to help you understand how the university, its partners and you can prepare for and respond to an emergency.
