NIMS Training

The Office of Audit Services with the Texas Tech University System recently conducted a Student Safety Audit for Angelo State University. One of the audit recommendations is for “essential personnel” to receive NIMS (National Incident Management System) training.

University Driver Approval

In order to be eligible to drive university-owned, leased, loaned or rented vehicles, employees must be 21 years of age or older. Employees must be 18 years of age or older to drive a campus golf cart.  Only faculty/staff can reserve rental/lease vehicles. 

ALL employees must complete a Driver Approval Request before driving a vehicle or a campus golf cart.

ALL employees must complete a Cart Training Class before driving a campus golf cart.
